Privacy Policy
FutFly is operated by Samet Tuna Akgönül. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the FutFly iOS application, website and related services.
Information stored on your device
FutFly stores preferences such as appearance, language and favorites locally on your device. This information is used to provide the features you select and is not used for advertising or tracking.
Notifications and Live Activities
When you start a Live Activity, FutFly sends the Live Activity push token, ActivityKit activity identifier, selected fixture identifier, application environment and related timestamps to FutFly servers. This information is used only to deliver and maintain the live-score updates you requested.
Live Activity registration records are retained for no longer than seven days and may be deleted earlier after the final match update has been delivered successfully.
Network and operational information
FutFly keeps limited operational records needed for reliability, security and troubleshooting. These records may include the request method, pathname without query values, route, response status, response duration, response size, timestamp and a generic request identifier.
Operational records are retained for no longer than seven days. FutFly does not retain client IP addresses, User-Agent values, search terms, query-string values, request bodies, authorization headers, push tokens or ActivityKit identifiers in routine application or web-server logs. An IP address may be processed transiently by network infrastructure to establish and deliver a connection, but it is not stored in FutFly's routine access logs.
Football data and media
FutFly displays football information and media supplied by third-party data providers. Loading scores, team logos, competition logos or other media may involve connections to FutFly infrastructure or a provider's media delivery service. Those services may receive the standard technical information required to deliver the requested content.
Support communications
If you contact FutFly Support, the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, device model, iOS version, app version or details about a match or screen, may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, investigate the issue and maintain appropriate support records.
Information FutFly does not collect
FutFly does not require an account and does not include advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. FutFly does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
Sharing
Information is not sold. Information may be processed by hosting, content-delivery, email and football-data service providers only as necessary to operate FutFly. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Retention and deletion
Local preferences remain on your device until you remove them, reset the app or uninstall it. Live Activity registrations are retained for no more than seven days or removed earlier after successful match-end processing. Operational logs are retained for no more than seven days.
You may request deletion of server-side information associated with a Live Activity or support request by contacting FutFly Support.
Children
FutFly is a general sports-information service and is not directed to children under 13. FutFly does not knowingly collect account or profile information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when FutFly features or data practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
