These Terms of Use apply to your use of the FutFly iOS application, website and related services operated by Samet Tuna Akgönül.
Football information service
FutFly provides fixtures, live scores, statistics, lineups, standings, team information and other football-related content for informational and entertainment purposes.
Data accuracy and availability
Football data is obtained from third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. FutFly does not guarantee that every score, event, lineup, statistic or schedule will be accurate or available at all times.
No betting or financial advice
FutFly is not a betting service and does not provide gambling, financial or professional advice. You should not rely on FutFly data for wagers, financial decisions or other decisions requiring independently verified information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt FutFly infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts or data;
- automatically scrape, copy or redistribute content at scale;
- use FutFly in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property and affiliations
FutFly's application design, software and original branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Team names, competition names, logos and other third-party content belong to their respective owners.
FutFly is an independent football-information application and is not sponsored by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, individual leagues, clubs or national teams unless explicitly stated.
Service changes
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, provider availability, legal compliance or product development.
Disclaimer and limitation
FutFly is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from unavailable, delayed or inaccurate football data or interruption of the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of FutFly after an updated version is published means that the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law.
